To significantly increase a person’s ability to problem- solve and make impactful & decisive business decisions

Effective organisational stress management strategies

Purpose
How to implement practical strategies to reduce and manage stress and its impacts in the workplace. The outcomes are dual focused;

  • What are the company obligations?
  • What are the reasonable expectations and contributions of individual team members?

Discussions to take place at an individual company level to determine the best way to run these sessions.

Timing (varies on company size)

  • Typically, 2 half days; one for management and one for whole of team.
  • Follow up process will be dependent on several factors including whether the company has a dedicated HR department capable of effectively implementing the output from the training.
